Thoughtfulness

Yesterday, my hubby surprised me with the gift of books. Those of you who know me well, know about my passion for great books. I was deeply touched by his thoughtfulness. We both are so busy with life, that we sometimes forget to do the little things that bring life to a relationship.

His gesture of kindness provoked some thinkin'. How often do we get caught up in our own little world that we neglect others? (I would NEVER do this. No, not me.)

We should never underestimate the power of a kind word or deed. A simple note just to say, "I'm thinking of you". A short phone call to let a friend know you're there if they need you. Being thoughtful does not require extravagance or expense, just a moment to give of ourselves. Let God's love be our inspiration!!!

  2. Okay, here's my little note to say "I'm thinking of you". :) Truly though, I did come over to tell you how much I appreciate that you are praying for me. God is faithful to hear and answer our prayers and it's exciting for me to know that I have wonderful prayer support.

I've been praying for you too - that God would bless you and work mightily in your life. :)
    Have a beautiful Sunday.
    Love,
    Lynnette
