I am really lamenting the fact that summer is nearly over.
Didn't we just celebrate the beginning?
Yesterday confirmed the fact that school is indeed just around the corner.
We had orientation for the co-op we joined.

We are excited about this year as we'll be surrounded by wonderful people!!
But...
I am clinging to the remaining days of summer.
Sleeping late
Lazy mornings
Late nights
Relaxing

It isn't! At least, not according to the weather - that's what I go by (my kids aren't school age yet :P)

There was not one year that I wanted to see school start up again, if I have to be honest. I love the carefree days of summer with children. IMO, Children and summer just go together like peas and carrots.

ReplyDeletewe still have a couple weeks before school intrudes on summer... good thing because i'm trying to get back on usa time :) keep hanging on to summer... as long as you can!
