Today

Above ALL ELSE

Guard your heart

for

EVERYTHING

you do

flows from it.

Proverbs 4:23

Today we are plugging along in our studies.

I say we because I am learning along side my children.

Educating children at home has allowed me to redeem my education.

This week our focus ranges from the Industrial Age, percentages to the definition of an element.

So as we train the brain to retain, we also try to remember to guard our heart

because it is

the wellspring of life.

The essence of who we are is found in our hearts.

May we find that our hearts beat in sync with our Father's today.

  2. One thing about being the teacher: You are always the learner at the same time. That's why I love to teach. I love to learn and relearn.

And that Bible verse happens to be one of my favorites. It's one that I have impressed not only on my own heart but very strongly to my daughters.

  4. My hats off to you, I don't know how you do it. I was homeschooled as a kid and I STILL have no idea how my mother managed all 5 of us!

  5. play bazaar Perhaps there was something you really wanted to do when you were in your twenties, but you set it aside as impractical: you had to pay the bills, provide for your family. Now that you have reached retirement age, it is time to think back to those interests you set aside. Don't think you can't pursue them now. You can!satta king
